Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dandelion petals
- 1 lemon zested
- 1/2 flour
- 1/2 coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs coconut oil
Directions:
- In a small bowl whisk together egg, milk and coconut oil until well combined. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour batter onto pan and cook until little bubbles form on the outside, then flip and cook the other side for about 3 minutes.
