Wild Foraged Spring Pesto Recipe


  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 1 cup purple dead nettle
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until well combined. Watch recipe video here
